Narkanda - Kalpa/Nako (165 Km)
- Leave for small picturesque nako village after breakfast. Today good and bad roads await us. We will be moving from greener area to the rocky & barren landscape, Enjoy Khab, Confluence of Spiti and Satluj Rivers, See the Leo Purygal Peak from Khab Bridge. After Chango – Sumdo we will enter Spiti Valley. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at kalpa.
Kalpa- Tabo (170 Km)
- After having an amazing breakfast, check-out of the hotel and gear up to drive toward the Tabo . Enroute visit the Nako Lake, in the Nako Village, the most serene and picturesque village in Kinnaur District. Prepare to view Nako Lake which is a secret escape lake, which can enchant anybody with its striking magnificence, surrounded by willow and poplar trees making it an even more spectacular sight. Continue the journey toward Tabo, on entering the majestic Spiti Valley, visit Gue Monastery in the Gue Village. Then visit the Tabo Monastery, a Gompa also known as the Ajanta of the Himalayas. The historical relevance of the temple illustrates the transmission of the Indo- Tibetan Buddhism. Check-in to the hotel for an appetizing meal and for an overnight stay.
Tabo- Kaza (50 km)
- Post breakfast, travel to the most exquisite Dhankar Village, Visit the Dhankar Monastery, a Monastery built on the highest hill overlooking the Confluence of the Pin River and Spiti. Head toward the Pin Valley, home to the Snow Leopard and IBEX, its prey. Continue your journey toward Kaza, lapped by the majestic mountains shrouded in snow. Check-in to the Hotel in Kaza for a scrumptious dinner and an overnight stay.
Kaza & Around
- Kaza (11980ft) –A well deserve break to soak in the sight & explore Kaza. Enjoy the magnificent vistas all day. Head for Kaza, headquarters of Spiti Valley. Being at the headquarter it’s a good base to explore nearby villages like kibber, Komic, Hikkim, and Ki Gompa. Ki is the largest monastery in Spiti. Kaza petrol pump is the highest altitude petrol pump in Asia. And Komik is the highest village in the world connected to road. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.
Kaza - Chandra Tal (100 km)
- After an amazing breakfast, Check-out of the hotel in Kaza. You will visit the Chandratal Lake, a popular lake known to be the most delightful lake in the magnificent Himalayas. The name Chandra Tal means “the Lake of the Moon", the moon is amazingly reflected on the waters of the lake. Check-in to the hotel and have a delicious supper served in the hotel and have an overnight stay.
Chandra Tal - Manali (140 km)
- After breakfast, Check-out of the hotel. You will be traveling to Manali, among the snow-topped mountains, and spectacular views. Enjoy overnight stay in hotel with Dinner.
Manali
- The tourists will arrive in the morning. The tourists can explore various places like - Hadimba Temple built in 1553 with a superbly crafted pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. "Club House" with comprehensive facilities that include roller skating, an auditorium, a billiards room, a library, a bar, and a restaurant makes a wonderful outing for the day.And tourists also visit - Tibetan Monastery,Van Vihar, Manu Temple, Jogani Waterfall and Vashist Temple are well known for their Hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the Saga Vashist and Lord Rama.After you explore these places, in the evening visit “Mall Road†and return to the hotel, have dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.
Manali - Solang Valley - Atal Tunnel-(Personal Cab at your own)
- The morning after breakfast, the tourists can proceed from their hotel to the- Solang Valley. Here they can enjoy various adventure activities such as Zorbing, Snow scooter, Horse Riding, Paragliding, Skiing, and a lot more. And also can enjoy a short Trek to Anjani Mahadev.The tourists also go to the Rohtang Pass†that is near only and experience the snow-capped mountains. Go through “Atal Tunnel†and also visit Kothi Village, Nehru Kund, Him Valley, and even Gulaba. Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicles to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will be subject to the availability of a permit on the spot with additional cost on sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed every Tuesday.
Manali - Kullu - Kasol- Manikaran
- On the next day, the morning after breakfast, tourists can visit the Pilgrimage - Manikaran Sahib Gurdwara-(Natural Hot Spring Water) and enjoy the hot water springs that have medical properties & take the blessings of God/goodness.The tourists can explore the nearby places like- Kasol, Kasol Market, Shiv Temple, Flea Market, Parvati Valley, and they can even do trekking.
Sightseeing (Kufri- Chail)
- Post breakfast proceed for Kufri (2501 meters) situated 16 kms from Shimla. It is popular for its ski slopes and for hiking. What makes Kufri famous is the the picturesque location, horse rides and the Himalayan National park. Later proceed for Chail which is a quaint hill station happily isolated from the rest of Himachal and occupying prime position on three hills. At Chail you will experience nature at its best and can have a tryst with adventure. The drive to Chail is scenic, winding around the gorgeous valleys, past forests thick with foliage and fruit laden orchards. Chail is also famous for World’s highest cricket ground perched at a height of 2,144m. In the afternoon Visit Shimla , second oldest Church in North India consecrated in 1857, Jakhu temple, and the State Museum. Do not miss a leisure wall on the Ridge road, while treating your eyes to the beauty all around. In the evening, Enjoy at Mall Road and return to the hotel for overnight stay and dinner.
Kasauli Sightseeing
- After Breakfast we will proceed to Kasauli and Visit MankiPoint known for Lord Hanuman’s temple ans spectacular view of valey. The view of the monkey point is fantabulous.On returning back from temple visit the Upper and Lower Mall Road of Kasauli.In the evening return back to hotel. Dinner & night stay at hotel.
Kufri Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed for full day excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for skiing during winter. You can enjoy Himalayan zoo at Kufri. You can also enjoy taking photographs in traditional Himachali Dress. Evening return to Shimla. Evening is free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel in Shimla.
Departure to Hometown from Shimla
- Today is the last day of expedition. Wake up in the morning and start journey toward nearest Airport/Railway Station and later head toward your home destination.
