The COVID Protocol is being followed as per the local government authorities. 

• Guests having fevers are not allowed inside.

• Guests coming from containment zones are not allowed. 

• Guests go through thermal screening both while entering and exiting the hotel.

• Common spaces and resources are appropriately sanitized. 

• Physical barriers have been deployed at appropriate places

• The staff is taught to follow the hygiene and sanitization guidelines. 

• Only the guests with safe status on the ArogyaSetu app are slowed to enter the premises. 

• Hand sanitizers are provided at the accommodations as well as in common areas. 

• Cashless payment options are not available.

• Proper social distancing measures are followed at the hotel and the restaurants.

• Serveware and other supplies are all sanitized before use. 

• Contactless-room service is ensured.

• The Staff at the restaurant are strictly instructed to wear masks and hair covers while working.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: If booking is canceled 24 hours before 12pm check-in.
• One Night Charge: If cancelled less than 24 hours before 12pm on the check-in date.
• No-show: If canceled on the same Booking day the entire booking cost will be charged as the Cancellation Fee.

 Rooms and hygiene

• All the rooms are cleaned with bleach or some good quality disinfectant. 

• Room sanitization is done after every stay.

• The laundry, including linens and towels is washed as per the local guidelines. 

• Hand Sanitizers are not provided in the rooms separately. 

Payment Policies

• Government IDs, including Passports, Aadhar cards, and Driving licenses, are accepted as ID Proof.  

• Local IDs are allowed.

• PAN cards, Office IDs, or any NonGovt IDs are not accepted. 

• Online payment via Credit/Debit Card is not accepted at the property. 

Food arrangement and policy

• Non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

• Proper food and drink hygiene is maintained. 

• Bringing outside food inside the lodging is not allowed.

• The property entrance is wide enough. 

• The entire unit is not wheelchair accessible.

• The lodging is suitable for disabled or elderly guests. 

• Bed height is accessible.
