Quarantine Protocol is being followed as per the local Government guidelines. 

• Guests having fevers are not allowed inside.

• Travelers from containment zones are allowed. 

• Guests undergo thermal screening both while entering and exiting the hotel.

• Unmarried couples and Bachelors are allowed.

• No restrictions for children.

• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises. 

• There are no restrictions on smoking or alcohol consumption inside the property. 

• Guests are allowed to host private parties or events. 

• Visitors are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: If booking is canceled 24 hours before 12pm check-in.
• One Night Charge: If cancelled less than 24 hours before 12pm on the check-in date.
• No-show: If canceled on the same Booking day the entire booking cost will be charged as the Cancellation Fee.

 Rooms and hygiene

• All the rooms are cleaned using bleach or some other strong disinfectant. 

• Room sanitization is done in between every stay.

• The laundry, including linens and towels is washed as per the local guidelines.  

Payment Policies

• Government IDs, including Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Local IDs accepted as ID Proof.  

• PAN Card, Office IDs, and other NonGovt IDs are not accepted. 

• Online payment via Credit/Debit Card, Master Card, and Visa Card can be accepted. 

Food arrangement and policy

• Non-vegetarian food is allowed.

• Proper food and drink hygiene is maintained. 

• Guests can bring outside food inside the lodging. 

Property Accessibility

• The property has a wide entrance. 

• The entire unit is not accessible by wheelchair.

• The lodging is not suitable for disabled or elderly guests. 

• Bed height is accessible. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• The hotel will not provide any extra bed for accommodating a child that is already included in the booking. 

• The hotel can help with additional beds for accommodating any extra guest included in the booking at an additional payment of Rs.500 per mattress per guest. (Needs to be paid at the property itself)
