• Free cancellation: If booking is canceled 24 hours before 12pm check-in.

• No-show: If canceled on the same Booking day the entire booking cost will be charged as the Cancellation Fee.

• The Resort follows all the quarantine protocols set up by the local government authorities.

• All the rooms undergo cleaning using bleach or some other disinfectant.

• The rooms are sanitized after every stay.

• Situated in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. 

• The Bus Stand, Restaurant, and Supermarket are all located just 5km from the Resort, making them easily accessible. 

• The Hosts are not staying at the property.

Caretaker Information

• The Resort caretaker's name is Mr. Sailesh.

• He stays inside the property.

• He helps keep the property clean.

• He is available to help from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM every day.

• The caretaker can help the guests with a car or bike rental, restaurant bookings, and even cab bookings.

• The caretaker also has apt knowledge of the local places and things of interest in the locality.

• The property is not suitable for the Elderly or Disabled guests.

Directions to the property

• The Goa International Airport is nearly 65 km from the property. Guests can book a taxi from the airport to Palolem Beach. It will take around 90 minutes to cover this trip and may cost around 1800.0 INR for the same.

The Check-In Process

• Guests can self-check in using the smart door.

• Hosts are there to greet and help the guests with checking in. 

• The caretaker is also available for greeting and helping the guests check-in.

• Guests can collect or deposit their room keys via the building staff.

Other rules and regulations

• Guests are allowed to host visitors.

• Private parties or events are not allowed inside.

• No restriction on entry or exit timings.

• Any loud music/noise is not allowed beyond 10 PM.

• All the guests must carry valid ID Proof as per the Local Government Protocols.

• Guests will have to pay the cost for all damages.

• Guests who don't show up won't be refunded.
