Covid and Quarantine protocols are followed per the local authority guidelines. 

• Guests with fever are not allowed at the property.

• Guests from containment zones are not allowed at the property.

• Thermal screening is done at the entrance as well as the exit point.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: If booking is canceled 24 hours before 12pm check-in.
• One Night Charge: If cancelled less than 24 hours before 12pm on the check-in date.
• No-show: If canceled on the same Booking day the entire booking cost will be charged as the Cancellation Fee.

Rooms and Hygiene Protocol

• Rooms are disinfected using bleach or other suitable quality disinfectants. 

• Rooms undergo proper sanitization in between stays.

• Laundry, towels, and linens are cleaned as per the local guidelines. 

• Hand Sanitizers are not provided in the rooms.

ID Proof and Payment Policies

• Passports, Govt. IDs and Aadhar Cards are accepted as ID Proofs.  

• Local IDs are accepted as ID Proofs.

• PAN cards, Office IDs, and other Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID Proof. 

• Online payment via Credit or Debit Cards is not accepted at the property. 

Food arrangement and policy

• Non-vegetarian food is allowed inside.

• Bringing outside food inside is prohibited.

• Food Delivery options include Zomato and Swiggy.

• The hotel may charge a compulsory gala dinner supplement on festive occasions like Christmas, New Year, etc which needs to be paid directly at the hotel.

• The property is suitable for the disabled or elderly.

• The property does not have a wide entryway.

• The unit is inaccessible by a wheelchair.

• Bed height is easy to access. 

Child and Extra Bed Policy 

• Children under 6 years of age can stay for free if existing bedding is being used.
