Covid and Quarantine Protocols are being followed as per the local Government government guidelines. 

• Guests with fever are not allowed inside the Resort. 

• Guests from containment zones are allowed inside the Resort. 

• Common spaces and shared resources are all well-sanitized. 

• The staff is well-versed in the hygiene guidelines. 

• Guests without the ArogyaSetu app are allowed inside the premises. 

• Accommodations or common areas are not equipped with hand sanitizers.

• Guests can opt for cashless payment.

• It's mandatory to follow proper social distancing measures at the Resort.

Guest Profile and other Restrictions

• Unmarried couples are allowed at the Resort.  

• Bachelors are allowed.

• Guests below the age of 18 years are not allowed at the premises. 

• The lodging is suitable for children.

• No restrictions on smoking inside the resort. 

• No restrictions on alcohol consumption inside the resort.

• Guests are not allowed to host private parties or events. 

• Guests are not allowed to host visitors at the property.  

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: If booking is canceled 24 hours before 12pm check-in.
• One Night Charge: If cancelled less than 24 hours before 12pm on the check-in date.
• No-show: If canceled on the same Booking day the entire booking cost will be charged as the Cancellation Fee.

Rooms and hygiene Protocol

• Disinfection of all the rooms is done using bleach or some other good disinfectant. 

• Proper room sanitization is done after every stay.

• The laundry, linens, and towels are all washed as per local government guidelines. 

• Hand Sanitizers are not provided in the rooms separately. 

ID Proof and Payment Policies

• Government IDs, such as Passports, Aadhar cards, and Driving licenses, are accepted as ID Proof.  

• Local IDs are allowed.

• PAN cards, Office IDs, and other Non-Govt. IDs are not accepted as ID Proof.  

• Credit or Debit Cards are not accepted at the Resort.

Pet Related Policy 

• No Restrictions on bringing pets inside the property.

• There are no pets residing at the property.

Food Arrangement and Rules 

• Non-vegetarian food is allowed inside the property.

• Bringing outside food inside the property is prohibited. 

Property Accessibility

• The Resort has a wide entryway.

• The entire unit is accessible by wheelchair.

• The property is suitable for disabled/elderly guests. 

• Bed height is easily accessible. 

Other Rules and Regulations.

• Guests are prohibited from hosting private events or parties.

• No restrictions on having visitors. 

• No refund for guests who don't show up. 

• One wooden cottage can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child up to 5 years of age. Any child aged above 5 years would be difficult to accommodate in the same cottage. 

Children and Extra bedding Policies

• An extra bed can be availed to accommodate any child already included in the booking.

• An additional charge of Rs.500 needs to be paid (at the property separately) per mattress per child.

• An additional price of Rs.500 will be charged (at the property separately) for an extra mattress per guest.
