General Guidelines

  • As per the government orders, all guests above 18 years must carry a valid Photo ID. No guest shall be entertained without a valid ID.

  • The primary guest must be at least  18 years old to check in at the hotel.  

  • The standard check-in time is 12:00 Pm and the standard check-out time is 11:00 Am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply. After booking guests will be sent a confirmation email with a homestay phone number. Guests can contact the homestay using that number for check-in or check-out-related queries. 

  • Unmarried couples are not allowed at the hotel. Rirab reserves the right of admission. No refund is applicable in case the homestay denies check-in under such circumstances.

  • Customers with Local IDs are not allowed to check in. Hotel Rirab reserves the right of admission for residents and can deny admission to guests residing in the same city.

  • The room charges include all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These are subject to be charged by the homestay at the time of check-out from the accommodation.

  • For any update, the customer is liable to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.

  • Modified bookings are subject to availability and the revised booking policy of the hotel.

  • The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is entirely at the homestay's discretion.


Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: If booking is canceled 24 hours before 12pm check-in.
  • One Night Charge: If cancelled less than 24 hours before 12pm on the check-in date.
  • No-show: If canceled on the same Booking day the entire booking cost will be charged as the Cancellation Fee.


ID Proof Related Guidelines

  • The acceptable identification proofs include a driver's License, Voters' Card, Passport, and Ration Card.

  • Guests won't be allowed to enter the property without a valid ID. 


Food Arrangement Guidelines
